She also was a member of the Home Extension Service and enjoyed sewing, cooking and fishing. When she was 62, she returned to school and earned a degree as a Licensed Dietician, graduating with honors.
“Before retiring near Ingram, Texas, Jessima worked many years in the food service industry at a boy's ranch near Liberty Hill and the Kerrville State Hospital.” [1]
